We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
• Processing Time for Custom Wigs:
Our braided wigs are custom made, and require approximately 2 weeks to be completed before shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
• Accessories & Hair Care Products:
These items are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.
• Delivery Time:
After dispatch, Royal Mail delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the UK.

π Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hair care products, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
• Custom Wig Orders:
Each wig is made to order and crafted with care. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect wig, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• Accessories:
Accessories may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused and in original packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
